Code of ethics
This regulation defines basic priciples all employees, external colleagues and registered agents shall follow.
Article I.
RELATION TO THE MARKET ENVIRONMENT
Every person is a potential customer of the company and that makes decency and correctness markedly prevailing values in behaviour of all employees.
Article II.
RELATION TO THE AGREED (FINALIZED) BUSINESS CASE
Every other solution than default on promises like backing out of contract is more acceptable for the company.
Article III.
RELATION TO REAL ESTATE AGENCY RED Ltd.
Only person respecting ethical code can be in a work relation to the company.
Article IV.
RELATION TO THE PROPERTY
Every property is a created value and that makes consideration a basic value in this relation.
Article V.
RELATION TO THE COLLEAGUES
The prevailing values in the relationship among colleagues are except designation in Article I. also cohesion, respect and belonging.
Article VI.
RELATION TO THE AGREED RULES WITHIN THE COMPANY
Every agreed rule can be changed only with a writen approval of involved parties by mutual consent.
Article VII.
RELATION TO THE WORKING HOURS
The company has no fixed working hours. For A11 (within the meaning of RED 310) working hours from 8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. are recommended. Duties at the main office are appointed.
Article VIII.
RELATION TO ACCESSIBILITY
Correct accessibility is the main criterion for working in the company.
Article IX.
RELATION TO THE MARKET GOALS ACHIEVEMENT
Consultations regarding evaluation of the work week take place every Friday at 4 p.m. Consultations regarding market goals achievement strategy take place every Tuesday at 7 a.m.
Article X.
RELATION TO KNOW-HOW OF THE COMPANY
Every employee is entitled to participate on formation of Know-how of the company and is obliged to keep reticency regarding all facts linked with the work for the company.
